Robert Karlsson is head of Magnusson’s banking and finance practice at Magnusson Sweden. Robert has nearly 20 years of experience working with banking and finance and capital markets law. Before joining Magnusson, he served as deputy executive director at the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s consumer protection operations. Robert has served on several committees and networks at the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) and has participated in the International Institute’s Program for Securities Market Development at the US Securities and Exchange Commission. This senior- level programme is the SEC’s flagship global training programme for securities market development.

Caroline Landerfors is head of the insurance practice at Magnusson Sweden. She has 15 years of experience in the field of insurance and has previously worked as an in-house legal counsel, data

protection officer and compliance officer at Aon. Her previous positions also include legal counsel, data protection officer and liability claims adjuster at AIG. Caroline is recognised in the fintech market for her ability to combine expertise in the fields of insurance regulatory and data privacy disciplines – areas that often comprise the key challenges for fintech companies. Caroline has also been a keynote speaker at insurtech-related events.

Vilma Slättegård is an associate based at Magnusson´s office in Stockholm. She focuses her practice on IT/IP, particularly on AI law, data protection, IT agreements, licensing and fintech.

Helena Rönqvist is the head of the IT/ IP and media law practice at Magnusson Sweden. She has nearly 20 years of experience as a Swedish lawyer, with a background in both private practice and in-house legal

roles. Before joining Magnusson in 2018, she worked as in-house legal counsel for a global IT and technology company. Helena advises clients in highly regulated industries, including fintech, on legal matters related to IT/IP, contracts, licensing, data protection and technology law. Her experience enables her to provide comprehensive legal support in navigating complex regulatory frameworks.
