Philippe De Prez is a financial law and fintech partner at Simont Braun, with a strong focus on financial regulatory law. He assists domestic and foreign credit and financial institutions, investment firms,
payment service providers, e-money issuers, crypto platforms and technical services providers. Philippe works on fintech, insurtech, regtech and other disruptive initiatives in connection with payments, banking, investments, credits and crypto-assets. He is a multilingual conference speaker and the author of various finance and fintech-related contributions. He is actively involved in dedicated fintech programmes organised by some of the top Belgian universities.
