Anu Waaralinna is a Helsinki-based partner and head of Roschier’s employment practice, and of its corporate investigations and compliance practice. She is an expert in employment law with experience in
complex and sensitive matters. She advises domestic and international employers on employment issues, boardroom advice, restructurings, co-operation procedures and executive contract matters. A significant part of her work focuses on workplace investigations. She is recognised in Finland as a leading lawyer and thought leader in compliance and internal investigations, particularly involving workplace harassment and misconduct. Oskari Lindholm is a Helsinki-based senior associate working with Roschier’s employment practice. Oskari’s experience includes advising international and domestic clients on employment-related matters relating
