Fernando Lathrop Aubert is the founding partner of Lathrop Mujica Herrera & Diez Abogados and leads the corporate and the dispute resolution teams. He qualified as an attorney and obtained a master’s in

transportation, private security, multinational companies, agriculture, foundations and restaurants. Francisco is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.

Jimena Illanes Diez is a senior associate at Lathrop Mujica Herrera & Diez Abogados. She qualified as an attorney from Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and has more than 27 years’ professional experience in

corporate law from Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, as well as a master’s in international and European corporate law from the Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3, France. He worked at Eluchans Abogados for 16 years focusing his practice on advising national and international clients, with an emphasis on family businesses operating in sectors such as automotive, aviation and real estate. Fernando is a member of the Chilean and International Bar Association and of the International Fiscal Association.

Joyce Jankelevich Mayer is a senior associate at Lathrop Mujica Herrera & Diez Abogados. She qualified as an attorney from Diego Portales University and has more than 16 years’ experience advising a variety of

obtaining a master’s in labour law and social security from Adolfo Ibáñez University and a diploma in corporate labour law. With over 15 years’ experience and more than 1,400 trials, Francisco has developed his skills in civil litigation, arbitration and collective bargaining.
