Yingjie Kang is a partner at Fangda Partners, specialising in regulatory compliance, administrative law and

He has extensive experience in advising clients on various compliance matters, including administrative investigations and disputes, advertising, anti-unfair competition, environmental protection, product quality, export controls and sanctions, etc. Mr Kang is experienced in national security review for foreign investment and has handled a large number of national security review cases. He also specialises in administrative disputes, representing clients in administrative investigations, administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation cases. Prior to joining Fangda Partners, Mr Kang worked for the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM).
