David Djunga is a junior associate specialising in tax, administrative and

mining law. He graduated with distinction from the Catholic University of Congo, and has completed several certified training programmes in mining law, administrative law and OHADA law. He has accumulated extensive experience in research, particularly in public finances, at the Congolese Institute for Economic Research and Foresight. David primarily handles complex cases in tax, mining and administrative law, while ensuring precise and up-to-date legal monitoring.

She provides legal advice to private companies and subsidiaries of major international groups (mining, logistics, telecommunications and infrastructure sectors) and represents them in complex disputes in arbitration and before Congolese courts. Salvatrice has been a qualified solicitor registered with the Kinshasa Bar since 2014. She founded LegalterLaw after gaining several years of experience at a leading law firm, Etude Kabinda/Avocats DRC.

Concorde Akonkwa is a senior associate and research lecturer in public business law. She has extensive experience in public contracts, administrative law, and government relations, particularly in

the infrastructure, urban development, and public– private partnership sectors. She advises diverse clients, including private companies, on various matters, notably public–private partnerships and legal audits (due diligence). Before joining LegalterLaw, Concorde gained solid experience at Momentum Attorneys.
