day-to-day corporate matters, commercial agreements, corporate reorganisations and IP protection, and has extensive experience in facilitating foreign investment in Paraguay, providing “soft landing” support for investors. He holds an MBA and LLM from Columbia University, NY, where he earned a distinction in international and comparative law and focused his research on Latin American investment and M&A. He participates in committees of the IBA, INTA, ABA SIL Section and ASIPI.
