Mahboob Aziz is a Dhaka-based lawyer with more than 15 years of experience in Bangladesh. He has expertise in various fields, such as banking and international finance, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property matters, general corporate work, property-related issues and litigation work. Mahboob is a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association, Dhaka Bar Association and Dhaka Taxes Bar Association. He has a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of London and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2008 after completing the vocational course at the University of Northumbria, Newcastle. He is licensed to practise in Bangladesh.

Saif Bhuiyan is a lawyer at DFDL Bangladesh specialising in cross- border transactions. He graduated from the University of London in 2013. With over 11 years of experience in Bangladesh’s legal sector, he has
infrastructure projects, banking and finance transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. She performs due diligence to assess the legal viability of projects and offers structuring advice to developers. She also counsels clients on capital market and securities matters, corporate secretarial issues, labour and employment disputes, and hospitality and aviation affairs. She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Law from the University of Dhaka.
