Hayel Hourani is the managing principal at Hourani Global, with over two decades of experience advising clients on cross-border transactions. He is a US-qualified legal consultant, and assists Middle Eastern, US, and international conglomerates, family groups, and other clients on complex matters including corporate law, investments, capital markets, financial services, M&A, private equity and venture capital. He represents issuers, underwriters, and portfolio companies in acquisition finance, securities, and shareholder matters.
