Nellie Tiyago graduated from the University of Pretoria before joining Scanlen & Holderness in January 2004. In July 2008, Nellie became the third female appointed as partner since the firm’s inception in 1894. Her

Rudo Magundani graduated from the University of Zimbabwe in 2010, and in June 2012, she was awarded the Commonwealth Shared Cambridge Scholarship to read for a Master of Laws at the University of Cambridge

main areas of practice are general commercial and corporate, banking, finance, regulatory, energy, mining, competition/antitrust, trade and data protection. Nellie is a non-executive board member of Stanbic Bank Zimbabwe (listed), Stanbic Nominees, MMC Stockbrokers P/L and Radar Holdings Limited (listed). She is also a member of the executive committee of the Zimbabwe-Australia Business Council and the current chairperson of the Culture Fund of Zimbabwe.

(UK). In 2014, Rudo joined Scanlen & Holderness and was made a partner in January 2019. Rudo has developed an extensive practice in commercial and corporate law litigation. She has been involved as an attorney in numerous complex arbitration proceedings involving construction, intellectual property and labour law. Rudo is a tax and labour expert specialising in advising companies on all employment- and tax-law-related matters.
