Before joining Z&P in June 2025, she accrued a wide range of professional experience, particularly in the insurance sector but also in the banking sector. This background helped her establish solid expertise in business and corporate law. Since joining Z&P, Pamela has worked on a variety of cases in labour law, civil law, social law and, more broadly, business law, thereby consolidating her legal skills.
Maeva Pokem is an associate at Zangue & Partners, where she specialises in advising clients on corporate, banking and financing matters. Her practice focuses on cross-border transactions, foreign
direct investment, and regulatory compliance. She has been involved in several project and corporate finance assignments, including advising international financial institutions and multinational groups on secured lending, due diligence and structuring issues. She also regularly advises on energy projects, mining projects and healthcare regulation. Her experience encompasses collaborations with leading international law firms on transactions and advisory assignments.
