Daniela Seeliger is a partner in the Düsseldorf office of Linklaters. She has long- standing expertise in European and German competition law, particularly in merger control,

Christoph Barth is a partner in the Düsseldorf office of Linklaters with a particular focus on transactional matters and extensive expertise in international merger control and

the co-ordination of complex multi- jurisdictional filings, antitrust proceedings and compliance work. Daniela teaches competition law at the University of Halle and publishes widely on competition and compliance topics, including on the “EU Digital Markets Act” and ”recent developments in competition law and ESG”. She is a non-governmental adviser in the International Competition Network, a board member of the Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht eV, and a member of the Competition Law 4.0 Commission of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy.

Christoph has particular experience in the energy/utilities and industrials sectors and acts for private equity houses. He is a board member of the German Foreign Investment Control Lawyers Association.
