Anna Manda joined Karatzas & Partners in 2000 and became partner in 2004. She specialises in competition law, TMT, pharma, M&A and corporate and commercial law and leads the

Maria Kallidopoulou joined Karatzas & Partners in April 2022 and is a senior associate. She advises on European, Greek and cross-jurisdictional competition law matters in

firm’s antitrust and competition, TMT and pharma departments. She has extensive experience in antitrust and competition, including advising on highly complex merger control matters, as well as state aid issues, cartel investigations and leading the K&P team advising on a number of antitrust compliance matters. Anna has participated in many high- profile transactions in these fields, with particular focus in the TMT and pharma markets. She is a member of the Athens Bar Association, and she speaks Greek, English, French and Italian.
