Koen T’Syen is a senior counsel at Van Bael & Bellis, specialising in Belgian competition law and Belgian and EU regulatory law.

His competition law practice focuses on merger control, antitrust investigations and follow-on damages litigation. Koen regularly represents clients before the Belgian Competition Authority and in civil and administrative proceedings before Belgian courts. He has also appeared before the Court of Justice of the European Union. Koen is an active member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) and the International Bar Association (IBA).

Amirsalar Kavoosi is an associate at Van Bael & Bellis, specialising in EU and Belgian competition law. He holds an LL.M. in European Legal Studies from the College of Europe and

is a teaching assistant at the Institute for European Law at KU Leuven.
