Arne Torsten Andersen is a leading Norwegian lawyer with over 20 years of experience. Arne specialises in competition litigation, public procurement, state aid, and general EU/EEA
antitrust, competition litigation and merger control. Before rejoining BAHR, Elin served as in-house counsel for an international media and technology group. Elin has also previously served as a member of the Norwegian Competition Appeals Tribunal. In addition to competition law, Elin has significant experience advising on IP-related matters, patent litigation and regulatory issues in the life sciences field.
