Authors
Marcel Dietrich is the head of Homburger’s competition and regulatory teams. His practice focuses on Swiss and European competition and antitrust law as well as on commercial public and administrative law and regulated markets. He has extensive and long-standing experience in all areas of competition law. He also advises on compliance matters and internal investigations. With regard to regulated markets, he specialises in energy, healthcare and pharma, media and telecommunications, infrastructure and transport, as well as in public procurement. He is a member of various national and international competition law associations. He regularly publishes and lectures on competition law, and commercial public and administrative law.
Richard Stäuber is a partner in Homburger’s competition and regulatory teams, focusing on Swiss and European competition and antitrust law. He has broad experience in
representing businesses in all areas of competition law before authorities and courts, including cartel and abuse of dominance proceedings, national and international merger control procedures, dawn raids and leniency proceedings. He regularly advises clients on distribution arrangements, co-operation projects and licence agreements. He is a non-governmental adviser to the Swiss Competition Commission for the International Competition Network (ICN) and co-editor of the Swiss Journal of Competition Law (“Schweizerische Zeitschrift für Kartellrecht”).
