Yvonne Hsieh is a senior counsellor at Lee and Li, and focuses her practice on M&A, international investment, antitrust and competition laws, securities investment, and telecommunications and broadcasting. She specialises in the privatisation of listed companies, and works with many private equity funds on their investments in Taiwan. Yvonne is also very experienced in handling merger control filings and cartel and unfair competition investigations, and has successfully represented numerous clients in these matters.
