He focuses primarily on complex corporate/M&A and private equity transactions. Georg has particular experience in renewable energies and hi-tech sectors such as aerospace, IT/telecommunications and chemicals.

Kamyar Abrar is Willkie Farr & Gallagher’s co-managing partner in Germany. Kamyar focuses on private equity and M&A transactions, including distressed transactions. He has handled numerous transactions in all market segments and a variety of industries.

Florian Dendl is a counsel in the corporate and financial services department at Willkie Farr & Gallagher, where he focuses on private equity and M&A transactions. He has handled numerous
