Luca Magrini is a partner at Alma LED in the corporate M&A team in Milan. He advises Italian and international clients, including PE funds and financial investors, on M&A, PE deals, joint ventures,
managers and investors on the set-up of alternative funds in real estate, PE, venture capital, and other asset classes. Alessandro also assists financial institutions, investors, payment institutions, EU investment firms, SIM and SGR on legal and regulatory matters. Marco Nicolini is equity partner at Alma LED and head of the corporate M&A team. With over 30 years of experience, he advises on M&A, private equity, real estate and infrastructure transactions. Marco has
supported leading institutional investors and multinational companies in joint ventures, listings, IPOs and capital markets deals. Formerly a founding partner at Alma STA and Tonucci & Partners, and head of M&A at Orrick Italy, he has also assisted the Italian Ministry of Economy and CDP on high-profile operations, including the recapitalisation of MPS and strategic investment funds involving real estate and infrastructure.
