Deborah Sese is a senior associate at Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr in the corporate and commercial practice specialising in private equity and M&A. Deborah has specialist experience in M&A, private equity,

capital markets, competition law, banking and finance, technology and general corporate law, within both the local and international spheres.
