Stephanie Phua is a partner in the private equity and M&A practice of Wong & Partners. Her main areas of focus are private equity investments, venture capital, funds and regional cross-border M&A in South-East Asia.

She regularly represents global and regional PE/VC funds in market-leading investments and exits in Malaysia and the wider South-East Asia region. In the past year, Stephanie has advised clients including Affinity Equity Partners in their disposal of Island Hospital and acquisition of Golden Fresh, and KV Asia Capital on their investment into Zus Coffee.
