Samuel Garcia Nelen is a shareholder in the private equity/corporate practice of Greenberg Traurig. Samuel assists corporates, financial institutions and private capital players on virtually all types of M&A and equity capital markets transactions. He has over a decade of experience in corporate finance transactions, including private and public M&A, dual-track processes, IPOs, SPAC transactions, and equity placements. He also advises on corporate and securities laws, corporate governance, stock listing rules and ESG. Samuel has a particularly strong track record in transactions in the financial services and energy sectors.

Bas Vletter is a shareholder heading the private equity/corporate practice of Greenberg Traurig’s Amsterdam office. He focuses his practice on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets

(public offers and IPOs), international and national joint ventures, and private equity. He has acted as legal adviser in several high-profile private and public transactions, including the first successful public hostile bid in the Netherlands. Bas is a trusted adviser to a number of Dutch-listed companies and their boards.
