Maarten de Boorder is a shareholder in the private equity/M&A practice of Greenberg Traurig. Maarten advises on all aspects of M&A and corporate law, with a focus on private equity and venture capital transactions,

Bas Vletter is a shareholder heading the private equity/corporate practice of Greenberg Traurig’s Amsterdam office. He focuses his practice on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets

often with a technology/deep tech angle. In particular, Maarten has great depth of experience in dealing with multi-jurisdictional projects, often with a transatlantic point of focus (eg, assisting US companies investing in Europe and European companies investing in the Americas). In addition, Maarten has experience in setting up joint ventures, dealing with distressed assets and advising clients on matters relating to governance and shareholder disputes.
