Didrik Krohg is a senior associate in BAHR’s asset management and private equity group offering full- spectrum counsel to asset managers across all aspects of their operations. He excels in regulatory and

transactional matters, including M&A, primary and secondary deals, and compliance with financial regulations, including but not limited to licensing and authorisations. In recent years, Didrik has taken on a proactive role in several significant M&A transactions, delivering both strategic insight and practical support to clients.
