Catarina Almeida Andrade focuses on private equity and M&A, particularly cross-border transactions in the technology sector (having also acquired significant experience in venture capital through Team

With an eight-year background in international tax law, Catarina brings strong structuring skills and a multidisciplinary approach to complex private equity transactions, mergers, demergers and fund reorganisations. She advises domestic and international private equity sponsors, and strategic investors, across the full transaction life cycle, including fund structuring and formation.
