He has represented corporate clients in registered securities offerings, private placements, commercial lending and other complex transactions. He has also represented clients in licensing and other compliance matters before government and regulatory agencies. Mr Marrero received a BA from the University of Maryland, a JD from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law and an LLM from New York University School of Law.
