Justin Kim is a partner and senior foreign attorney in Lee & Ko’s corporate and M&A practice group. He routinely assists clients with sophisticated cross-border transactions, including buyouts, joint ventures and minority investments for both strategic and private equity investors. Some of his representative cases include the acquisition of shares in Kakao Mobility by the Carlyle Group, the sale of shares of Zigbang by Goldman Sachs, the acquisition of shares of SK Pharmteco by Brain Asset Management, the sale of shares of JobKorea by H&Q Korea and the establishment of a joint venture between POSCO and Pilbara Minerals.
