Authors
Emir Nurmansyah is a senior partner at ABNR and a member of the firm’s management board. After some 30 years in legal practice, he is a market- leading lawyer in project finance, banking and finance, corporate and
in-house counsel with several private-sector companies prior to joining ABNR. She is a listed arbitrator at the Indonesian arbitration centre, BANI, and is recommended for dispute resolution in the Chambers Asia-Pacific Guide.
M&A, and FDI. He also offers extensive experience and expertise in TMT, restructuring and insolvency, shipping and aviation. He is recognised in Chambers Asia-Pacific Guide for his prowess in banking and finance, corporate/M&A, projects and energy, and restructuring/insolvency. He has also received several awards and been recognised by other leading organisations and publications. He is the head of ABNR’s project finance department and banking and finance department.
Muhammad Muslim (or Oka, as he is popularly known) is a partner at ABNR. He focuses on maritime and shipping law but also works on foreign direct investment, and projects and energy matters,
especially those connected to the maritime industry. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Indonesia and has an LLM in maritime law from the University of Southampton, United Kingdom.
Ulyarta Naibaho is an experienced and versatile litigator and joint head of ABNR’s disputes and ADR department. Her work in contentious matters extends across all industry sectors and practice areas, with an
Adithya Lesmana joined ABNR in September 2010 and is now a partner and member of the firm’s award- winning litigation team. His main areas of practice encompass shipping and maritime, commercial litigation,
emphasis on commercial, shipping, FDI, mining, cybersecurity/cybercrime, administrative law, hate speech, corporate crime, and environmental disputes. She also frequently represents clients in arbitration proceedings and other ADR forums. Uly holds an LLM in mineral law and policy from the University of Dundee, Scotland, and worked as
restructuring and insolvency, arbitration and ADR matters. Adithya graduated from the University of Indonesia, majoring in international law, in 2010. In 2014, he received an Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education scholarship to pursue a master’s degree, and in December 2015 graduated with an LLM with merit at Queen Mary University of London,
