Vera Davidović is a counsel at Gecić Law, specialising in corporate governance, intellectual property, and commercial law. With over a decade of experience across

Dušan Jablan is an Associate at Gecić Law. He earned his law

degree from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law, where he is currently pursuing a master’s degree in International Business Law. Prior to joining Gecić Law, Dušan gained broad legal experience at a well- respected law firm. Throughout his studies, Dušan actively participated in legal clinics, study groups, and conferences covering a range of legal topics. He received the Best Student Award from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law each year of his undergraduate studies. In recognition of his academic excellence, he was also awarded the City of Belgrade Scholarship for top-performing students and the prestigious “Dositeja” Scholarship, granted by the Foundation for Young Talents of the Ministry of Youth and Sport. Dušan is fluent in English and Serbian (including Montenegrin, Bosnian, and Croatian) and has an intermediate knowledge of French.

Southeast Europe, she advises multinational companies on regulatory compliance, internal controls, and governance frameworks. Admitted in Serbia, Vera is known for her work in trademark enforcement, anti-counterfeiting, and cross-border litigation. She has led IP strategies across the Western Balkans and counselled clients in the pharmaceuticals, media, and consumer goods industries. Her practice also includes copyright, unfair competition, and data protection, focusing on aligning legal risk management with corporate objectives.
