Elodie Mulon is a founding partner of CM&A dedicating her professional practice to family law in national and international contexts, focusing on both patrimonial and non-patrimonial aspects. She serves as President of the IDFP (Institute of Family and Heritage Law), President of CALIF (Arbitration Centre for Family Disputes) and President of the CCBE Committee on Family and Succession Law. Elodie has held numerous roles in representative bodies of the legal profession and is presently a member of the board of the National Bar Council. She is also a member of international associations such as the UIA (International Association of Lawyers) and the IAFL (International Academy of Family Law).
Emmanuelle Bonboire- Barthélémy is a partner at
CM&A specialising in international family and patrimonial law. Based in Sydney since 2024, Emmanuelle drives the firm’s international development and contributes to Expats by CM&A, a service dedicated to expatriates. With expertise in complex international cases, she advises French nationals abroad and foreign clients in France on matters such as marriage contracts, wills, donations, filiation and cross-border disputes. Her dual qualifications in law and wealth management allow her to provide tailored support in divorce, family law and inheritance issues.
Louise Astruc Baciotti is a junior associate at CM&A. She specialises in international family
law, assisting an international clientele on the extrapatrimonial aspects of their divorce and separation. She regularly publishes articles in the Gazette du Palais, a trade magazine specialising in family law.
