John Bonello is the founding partner of 8Point Law and obtained a Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta in 2005, after completing a critical analysis on public procurement
Elian Scicluna joined 8Point Law in 2018. She achieved a Master of Advocacy degree and was admitted to the Maltese Bar in 2019. Elian mainly practises in dispute resolution both in civil

On invitation of the US Embassy in Malta, he completed an international visitor leadership programme in the USA (organised by the US Department of State) in 2010. John’s involvement in cross-border family disputes led to him becoming a fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers in 2018.
