Sandra Verburgt is a partner at Delissen Martens Advocaten, with a special focus on
international family law. Sandra is a trained collaborative divorce lawyer and skilled litigator who spent 25 years gaining experience in family law. Her work mainly concerns more complicated divorces, maintenance, and property settlements. Sandra frequently engages as an expert in foreign proceedings, in addition to providing advice on international estate planning and prenuptial agreements for high net worth individuals and business owners. She is a member of the Dutch Association of Family and Inheritance Lawyers and Divorce Mediators (vFAS) and the Association of Collaborative Professionals (VvCP), as well as president of the International Academy of Family Lawyers’ European Chapter.
