Dominique Pelides is a solicitor qualified in England and Wales. She trained at Clifford Chance LLP in London, and worked there for a total of seven years, leaving as a senior associate.
and May in London, where he was mainly involved with corporate, stock exchange- related and banking work. He has been in practice in Cyprus since 1989 and has been engaged in drafting project financing and security documentation for local and overseas banks as well as in relation to multi-currency loan facility agreements, margin account trading and obtaining of security over movable property and real estate. Over his career, he has worked with some of the biggest organisations in Cyprus and abroad.
Before joining Georgiades & Pelides LLC, Dominique was a vice president in the alternative funds segment of BlackRock in London. Her main areas of practice include advising on international M&A and financing transactions with a particular interest in renewable energy project financing, banking regulation, and the establishment and distribution of private funds.
