In his more than 15 years of experience, he has been involved in a number of prominent and pioneering transactions, including, but not limited to, the first securitisation in the Czech Republic, first synthetic securitisation under CRR, largest corporate bond issue, largest private equity loan in the Czech Republic and the creation of Energy and Industrial Holding – the largest private energy holding in Central Europe, among many others. Tomáš further provides legal advice on financial regulation and represents clients in proceedings before the Czech National Bank, including licensing procedures for banks and insurance companies.
