Finally, the Superintendency of Securities is working on a new Securities Market Law, which will have a direct impact on the Paraguayan banking system. This law seeks to encompass the entire regulatory ecosystem of public offer - ings. Additionally, a bill to regulate crowdfunding is under consideration by the National Congress.
