CRR II will apply directly in all EU member states from 1 January 2025, with the exception of spe - cific amendments (eg, updates of definitions), which has applied since 9 July 2024. The CRD VI will need to be transposed into national law in each EU member state before they become applicable. The provisions of CRD VI must be largely implemented into Polish Law and applied from 11 January 2026.
