Francisca César Machado joined VdA in 2016 and is a senior associate in the banking and finance practice where she works on financial law matters, at both the regulatory and

advice on banking, capital markets, syndicated financing, and the issuance of debt, hybrid, and capital instruments. Pedro is also involved in securitisation and asset-backed operations, as well as structured financing. He frequently speaks at conferences and seminars and is a guest lecturer in postgraduate courses. Pedro is recognised by the Portuguese Bar Association as a specialist in financial law.
