Amin Bell is a partner at Harvest Advokatbyrå, and one of its founders. Amin specialises in financial regulation, especially concerning payment services, credits, asset management and
regulatory issues, especially in the field of asset management, securities, payment services, AML/CFT as well as data protection. Anna has been active within the field since 2010 and frequently represents financial institutions on various legal and compliance matters and in their contacts with the SFSA. Anna has participated in several projects implementing new legislations, such as MiFID 2, AIFMD, PSD 2 and AMLD 4. Anna’s experience also includes M&A and she has assisted in several Swedish and international corporate transactions. Anna also frequently advises in matters of data protection (GDPR).
AML/CFT. Amin has been active within the field since 2007 and frequently represents financial institutions such as payment institutions, credit institutions, and asset managers in regulatory compliance. In his daily work, Amin provides advice on a variety of matters relating to authorisations with the SFSA and on implementation projects as well as corporate and contract law issues. Amin has participated in several projects implementing new legislation, such as MiFID 2, AIFMD, PSD/PSD 2 and AMLD 4.
