Nikolay Cvetanov is a managing partner at PM&P, and is one of the firm’s leading experts in the fields of banking and finance, M&A and personal data protection. He is the head of the specialised practice groups data protection and cybersecurity, IT, media and telecommunications and co-head of the banking, finance and capital markets practice group. Nikolay has a distinguished track record of lecturing in seminars, public speaking and moderating events organised by legal training centres or in partnership with a number of chambers of commerce. He is also well published.

Boris Lazarov is a managing partner at PM&P, and is also one of the experts with extensive knowledge and experience in M&A, banking law, project finance, and the energy sector,

with a particular focus on renewable energy sources and natural resources. He specialises in offering both transactional and regulatory advice to credit institutions and pension funds. He is instrumental in the teams advising on complex transactions, including project financing, securitisation, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, mergers, spin-offs, and public acquisitions.
