Jaime Winter is founding partner of Winter Etcheberry (2023), and has extensive experience in white-collar crime litigation and compliance. Admitted to the Bar in Chile in
Jorge Cabrera is a partner at Winter Etcheberry (2024), specialising in white-collar
crime. He was admitted to the Bar in Chile in 2008, and has broad experience in complex litigation. His main practice comprises the defence of clients in white-collar and environmental crimes. In addition to his experience in criminal litigation, he has an LLM and a PhD in Criminal Law, and teaches on several postgraduate courses in Chilean universities. He is also an accomplished author and former academic director of postgraduate programmes in Criminal Law. He currently serves as a professor of criminal procedure at the Universidad del Desarrollo Law School.
2010 and formerly head of litigation at Albagli Zaliasnik, he has broad ability as a strategist in complex litigation, representing clients in white-collar cases with many variables (regulatory, political and communicational). He is a professor at the University of Chile, where he has directed postgraduate programmes in Economic Criminal Law and serves on the Academic Committee of the Master’s in Corporate Criminal Law. He is also an accomplished author and former editor of the Chilean Journal of Criminal Sciences.
