He also has an LLM in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure, and a PhD in Criminal Law from the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. Ilias is fluent in English and German, and is conversational in French. He has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2010 and of the Munich Bar Association since 2011 and he is an appointed lecturer of Criminal Law in the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace.
