resolution practice, offering expertise in litigation, arbitration and investigations. Stuart specialises in energy sector disputes and financial services. In addition to his specialist practice areas, he has substantial general commercial disputes experience, including shareholder and joint venture disputes, agency/distributorship disputes, professional negligence, employment and real estate matters. Stuart is a qualified solicitor advocate and has 16 years of experience in the Middle East.
