Robert Kry is a partner at MoloLamken LLP whose practice focuses on trial and appellate litigation. He represents clients before all US courts and has authored more

matters, and IP litigation. His client base is international. After beginning his career as a prosecutor in Chicago, he was a senior litigator with Winston & Strawn, where he was also a member of the firm’s executive committee. He was a litigation partner with Wall Street firm Shearman & Sterling for five years before founding MoloLamken in 2009. Steven is also a solicitor on the Roll of Attorneys of the Law Society of England and Wales and an Honorary Bencher of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple.

His practice covers a broad array of subject matters, including arbitral award and judgment enforcement, sovereign immunity, constitutional law, business litigation, and securities fraud. Robert joined MoloLamken after several years in the Supreme Court and appeals practice of another prominent firm. Before that, he served as a law clerk at the US Supreme Court and US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
