cross-border insolvency. Prior to joining Appleby, Ross gained a wide range of litigation, arbitration, and restructuring and insolvency experience working for Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan UK LLP, Linklaters LLP, and BT Hong Kong. Before qualifying as a lawyer, he was an officer in the British Army officer for more than ten years, including on operations in Bosnia, Sierra Leone, Iraq, and Afghanistan.
