Rahel Rimon is an English- trained lawyer and specialises in admiralty matters, marine insurance and reinsurance, drafting in-house and expert opinions for the courts, drafting
shipping, multimodal transport, marine insurance and aviation law. Joseph has wide experience litigating in all types of marine and shore-based disputes for a variety of corporations, ship-owners, time-charterers, port agents, freight-forwarders, ports, terminals, liability insurers, P&I clubs, cargo interests and their insurers, bunker suppliers, shipyards, etc. Joseph has been involved in some landmark decisions, participated in litigation and arbitrations in and outside Israel and accepted instructions from overseas clients on many occasions. Joseph’s expertise covers most aspects of commercial shipping. He is a member of the Israeli Bar and the Israel Maritime Law Association.
