Adrian Attard is a partner in the marine litigation department and ship finance department at Fenech & Fenech Advocates. He graduated from the University of Malta in 2009 and was admitted
partner between 2008 and 2020. Ann was elected President of the Comité Maritime International (CMI) in 2022. She was the President of the Malta Maritime Law Association from 2008 to 2022, and is a founding member of the Malta Maritime Forum and a council member of the European Maritime Law Organisation. She was also the CMI co-ordinator at the UNCITRAL Working Group V1. In December 2023, she was listed in Lloyd’s List’s One Hundred People, comprising the shipping industry’s most influential people, for the second consecutive year.

He regularly advises financiers on ship arrests, mortgage enforcements and judicial sales. Adrian sits on the Executive Committee of the Malta Maritime Law Association and serves as its Treasurer. He is also a member of the Maltese Chamber of Advocates and a lecturer at the University of Malta.
