Tobias Kilde is associated with Kvale’s maritime and offshore department. Mr Kilde has a master’s degree in law from the University of Bergen. During his studies, he attended the
summer programme at Renmin Law School in Beijing and wrote his master’s thesis on the topic of coastal-state jurisdiction over foreign ships in the Arctic in connection with the Polar Code. Mr Kilde advises on disputes and operational issues in the shipping sector. He also has extensive experience advising on matters related to anticorruption and compliance in Norway for both national and international clients.
