Mathiew Christophe Rajoo is a co-founder of DennisMathiew, and specialises in shipping and admiralty law. Before being admitted as an advocate and solicitor, he served on board
Probin Dass has acted for some of the largest financial
institutions and advised on disputes involving letters of credit and bills of exchange, claims under credit insurance policies, and cargo claims pursuant to bills of lading including ship arrest in various jurisdictions. He has also advised on the enforcement of other security rights such as mortgages, personal and corporate guarantees, share charges, accounts charges, and pledges against both solvent and insolvent entities. He also regularly advises judicial managers and liquidators on the administration and liquidation of insolvent entities.
