Max Morgan is a partner at JJR. He specialises in maritime transportation, with experience in collisions, spillages, cargo claims, arrest of vessels, maritime insurance and related
bills of lading, charterparties, cargo claims, admiralty law, pollution, personal injury, arrest of vessels, international trade and related conflict resolution. He was the first Latin- American Chair of the Maritime and Land Transport Committee of the International Bar Association (2015–2016), and currently serves as an advisory board member. He is a regular speaker at conferences around the world and the author of several publications.
