Moritz Üblagger has been an associate with Schönherr since 2024. His main areas of practice are administrative and public law, with a special focus on energy and environmental law.
Prior to joining Schönherr, he spent four years as a research and teaching associate at the Public Law Department at the Paris Lodron University of Salzburg. Moritz gained experience during an internship with a national law firm specialising in public environmental law and as a paralegal at a national law firm specialising in all areas of business law. He holds a PhD in Law from the Paris Lodron University of Salzburg.
